A. Wayne Mittleider
Chairman and Manager

As Chairman and Manager, Wayne is recognized as an entrepreneurial leader in the management and development of affordable housing. Mr. Mittleider has served as the President and CEO of a major housing finance association, and a Vice President of a major mortgage insurance company. He is skilled in building productive ties between diverse entities including various business enterprises, including GSE’s, developers, governmental agencies, lenders, insurers, and community organizations. Mr. Mittleider serves as a Board Member of the Andrus Center for Public Policy and is one of the founding directors of EOI Direct. He is a native Idahoan and, on the few days each month when he is not on the airplane, he resides in Boise.
