We do not share your information with outside parties; however, there are circumstances in which we may share the information we collect about you, as described in Section 1, with other parties in order to service your Account effectively.

We may share information relating to your name, company name, address and contact information (including e-mail) in an effort to research an issue relating to a certificate delivery or a previous order to bring about a resolution.

EOI Direct does not utilize your information for marketing purposes. We do not share your information with outside parties for marketing purposes.

3. How Do We Protect the Confidentiality, Security and Integrity of Information about You?

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we collect about you. Access to such information is restricted to individuals who need it in order to service your Account or provide delivery services for you, and who are trained in the proper handling of such information. Employees who violate these confidentiality requirements are subject to our disciplinary process.

It is important that the information we maintain about you is accurate and complete. If you see information in your account profile, which suggests that our information is incomplete or inaccurate, please update your account profile through your online account or call EOI Direct at 877-456-3643 to have a customer service representative update your information.

This Privacy Policy is provided to the primary account-holder listed on the Account. We do not share information about former customers except as permitted by law. This notification supersedes all previously issued Privacy Policies. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time and we will notify you if we do.
